2023-24 Re-Enrollment Application

    The re-enrollment application process is for applicants who have been previously enrolled at Agnes Scott College. If it has been two or more years since enrollment, the newest academic catalog will be used for degree completion. If you are an applicant who has declined or rescinded our offer of admission, please use the re-admission application. 
     

    Application Checklist:

    1. Zero Balance. If you have an outstanding balance or a health hold on your account, the balance must be paid and the health hold must be cleared before you will be eligible for re-enrollment. Please contact Student Accounts at 404.471.6432 to check your balance.
    2. Submit a Re-Enrollment Application and a Personal Statement. Complete the following application and attach a personal statement which should address the following: why you left Agnes Scott, what you have been doing since you left, and why you would like to return to the college. If your Agnes Scott cumulative or major GPA is below a 2.0 or your transcript indicates a failure to make academic progress, the statement should include a detailed plan on how you will improve your academic performance. 
    3. Transcripts. from any college(s) attended while withdrawn from Agnes Scott. You should be in good academic standing at your previous institution. 
    4. Recommendations. Please have an academic professor if enrolled in classes, or a supervisor from a recent or current employer/volunteer organization send a letter of recommendation directly to aeyer@agnesscott.edu. 
    5. Supporting Documentation. If you withdrew from the school for wellness (medical/mental health) reasons, you must provide documentation from your healthcare provider. If you withdrew for conduct reasons or during an active term, you must provide documentation from a person who can confirm that the issues are resolved and that they support your request for re-enrollment as a full-time student. It is also helpful for your documentation to include recommendations detailing how we can support your transition back to Agnes Scott.
    6. Five or More Years Since Enrolled Only. If you were last enrolled at Agnes Scott 5 or more years ago we recommend you complete at least one course with a C grade or higher at a regionally accredited institution before applying to return. 
    7. Juniors and Seniors Only. Please provide a detailed academic plan showing how you intend to complete your degree requirements. You will be asked to attach this plan as a document within this application.
    8. International Applicants Only. International applicants must submit a Certificate of Finances (COF) and Proof of Funding. You will have the option of attaching these forms to this application.
    9. $35 Application Fee. You can pay your application fee here, or you can send a check to the address below.
