Community Event: Asian-American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Anti-Racism Panel

Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM until 2:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

What does it mean to be anti-racist in an Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) context? How can others be an ally to the AANHPI community? Amidst the spike in anti-Asian hate crimes and the murder of 6 Asian women in Atlanta, we invite you to dig into questions like these with a panel of AANHPI leaders and advocates. Panelists include: Karina Leung '18 (Agnes Scott College Center for Sustainability Fellow), Kawena Kapahua (Political Activist and Hawaiian Kingdom Advocate), Marvin Lim (Georgia State Representative for House District 99), and Raymond Partolan (Immigration Paralegal at Kuck Baxter Immigration).

    Registration is no longer available.
